Family Mediation

The benefits of family mediation in assisting to resolve family conflict is that it takes place in an environment of co-operation, uses a structured decision making process and focuses on the participants needs and interests. You have control over your dispute and take responsibility for the agreements reached.

  • Typically, mediation sessions run for 2 or 3 hours in Melbourne, and in most cases the matter is resolved in 1 session.
  • Duration of session times are at the discretion of the practitioner & safety for all parties is of utmost importance.
